Crane Rental FAQ
How much does it cost to rent a crane in El Paso?
It depends on crane size, hours, travel distance, operator and rigging needs, and permits. Operated rentals are usually billed hourly with a minimum, or by the day. Request a quote with load weight, height and radius for an accurate price.
Do you own the cranes?
No. El Paso Crane Rental is a referral service. We connect you with independent, local crane operators who quote and perform the work.
Is there a fee to request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote through this site is free for customers.
How fast can I get a crane?
It depends on operator availability. Same-week service is often possible; for urgent lifts, call and say it's urgent.
Does the crane come with an operator?
Most short-term rentals are operated (crane plus certified operator). Bare rentals are usually for contractors with their own qualified operators.
What information should I send for a quote?
The heaviest item's weight, lift height, distance from where the crane parks to where the load lands, site address, date and access notes. Photos help.
Do I need a permit?
Lifts that use streets, sidewalks or public right-of-way may need a city permit or traffic control. The operator can advise; the City of El Paso is the authority within city limits.
Do you serve New Mexico?
Yes. Requests from Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Anthony and Las Cruces are routed to operators who work in New Mexico.
